Job summary

KBR is seeking a Project Support in the Sellafield area to provide administrative and technical support to the PPP Core and Enabling Capabilities. The role covers office administration and project delivery duties at West Cumbria (Banna Court) or Warrington (Hinton House).

The candidate will organise meetings, provide PA support to PPP personnel, manage shared spaces and IT onboarding tasks for new joiners, ensuring smooth onboarding to the programme.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organise meetings, workshops and briefs as required.
• Provide PA support to PPP key personnel.
• Manage shared areas for the PPP Services organisation and book conference rooms.
