Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Health, Safety and Well Being Manager to support the central Integrator EHSSQ team across Sellafield. The role coordinates health, safety and wellbeing arrangements for major projects and principal contractors, promoting a joined-up safety culture.

Based in Cumbria (Westlakes) with site access across Sellafield, the role includes managing learning reviews, audits, assurance activities and day-to-day advisory support to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant management discipline is required.
• CMIOSH accreditation is preferred.
• Proven experience in health, safety and wellbeing advisory roles in large, multi-contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management, assurance and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Learning review process for PDD, including factfinders, learning reviews, leadership intervention calls and incident review boards.
• Coordinate and lead wellbeing initiatives across multiple projects and contractors to form a coherent framework.
• Provide routine health and safety advisory activities, assurance-based compliance work, and day-to-day operational support.
