Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Hammersmith, London (Onsite, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our growing operations team. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth coordination of project activities, including scheduling site visits, managing stakeholder communications, and maintaining efficient workflows between clients, engineers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate and book site visits between engineers and clients, ensuring timely communication and accurate scheduling.
  • Serve as a point of contact for key stakeholders, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, escalating issues as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities and client communications.
  • Support internal teams with project-related administrative tasks.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to support project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and project management tools.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
