Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd in the North East region and parts of Scotland (Edinburgh/Glasgow) is seeking a Project Sales Manager to drive high-value lift replacement and modernization sales. You will travel to sites, understand customer needs, perform surveys, and scope projects for handover to the delivery team.

You will develop and nurture relationships within an existing client base and work closely with a high-performing project delivery team to ensure successful installations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-value lift projects and achieving targets.
• Proven track record in lift replacement or modernization sales.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Take enquiries from customers and assess needs on site.
• Undertake site surveys, scope the work and provide estimates.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to deliver on projects.
• Develop relationships within the existing customer base.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth installations and upgrades.

I am pleased to present a new opportunity for an exceptional Project Sales Manager to join an independent, and highly successful, national Lift company. This role is based in the North East region as well as covering parts of Scotland, up to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The company have seen vast growth in the last few years and currently have around 33,000 assets a year, making them one of the largest service maintainers in the UK.

Key responsibilities of the Project Sales Manager:

Your responsibilities include taking enquiries from the customers, travelling to sites to understands their needs, undertaking site surveys, scoping out the work, and providing estimates. You will deliver on the targets and pass the projects on to the Project Manager who will deliver on this.

You will support and develop relationships within the valued existing customer base.

Work closely with a high-performing project delivery team to ensure smooth, successful installations and upgrades.
