Professional Technical Ltd, based in Sidcup, is seeking a Project Sales Manager to cover London and the South East. The role combines management and sales, travelling to sites to assess needs, providing accurate estimates, and handing projects to the delivery team.

You will lead the London sales effort, grow market share, and nurture relationships with key customers. A salary of £55,000 plus commission and a car allowance is offered.

I am pleased to present a new opportunity for an exceptional Project Sales Manager to join an independent, and highly successful, national Lift company. This role covers the London and South East region, working out of the Sidcup office and travelling to customers and sites. The company have seen vast growth in the last few years and currently have around 33,000 assets a year, making them one of the largest service maintainers in the UK.

The Project Sales Manager will be an established salesperson who manages high value targets and projects. You will be selling full replacement, new lifts, repairs, and modernisations.

Key responsibilities of the Project Sales Manager

• Along with the above, you will be a leader and have the opportunity to grow and lead the London region sales team and grow the market share. This role is a mixture of both management and sales. Your responsibilities include taking enquiries from the customers, travelling to sites to understands their needs, undertaking site surveys, scoping out the work, and providing estimates. You will deliver on the targets and pass the projects on to the Project Manager who will deliver on this.
• Grow and develop the London region market share and develop and lead a Sales team.
• You will support and develop relationships within the valued existing customer base.
• Work closely with a high-performing project delivery team to ensure smooth, successful installations and upgrades.
