Blueprint Project Solutions Ltd is seeking a confident Project Risk Manager to support high-profile clients across Energy, Defence and Infrastructure. The role blends on-site and remote work, with two days per week on site in Bridgwater and travel to client offices as required.

You will manage risks, drive mitigation actions, and collaborate with risk owners and delivery teams to keep projects on track. A practitioner-level role at Consultant grade with growth opportunities across commissions.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in project risk management, including risk registers and mitigation planning.
• Experience facilitating risk reviews or workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration to drive risk mitigation actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project risks and opportunities, ensuring identification, assessment and control.
• Drive mitigation actions with delivery teams to reduce risk exposure.
• Facilitate risk reviews/workshops and encourage constructive challenge.
