Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Risk Consultant to deliver and manage risk-related services across UK projects. The role involves coordinating risk management activities, producing deliverables, and collaborating with project teams and clients to reduce threats and maximise opportunities.

The candidate will bring expertise in risk management techniques, cost and schedule risk modelling, and experience with major infrastructure projects. A hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project risk management facilitation.
• Ability to build simple cost, schedule and business risk models.
• Knowledge of risk management techniques and project controls.
• Experience in infrastructure projects across sectors such as rail, energy, highways or aviation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services on projects and workstreams with minimal input from senior leaders.
• Develop and present client risk deliverables; engage stakeholders to mitigate threats.
• Support project leaders in successful delivery.
• Provide regular risk status reports with contingency guidance.
• Establish and coordinate the risk management activity register.
