The Project Quantity Surveyors' role
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to lead from the front. You'll manage projects from day one - spanning commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors - while playing a pivotal role in cost strategy, client relationships, and overall delivery.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across the full project lifecycle - from cost planning and procurement through to contract negotiation and final accounts.
