Quantity Surveyor – Leeds

Due to continued growth, this leading built asset consultancy is looking for a dynamic Quantity Surveyor, pushing towards Senior Quantity Surveyor level, to join their expanding team in Leeds.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

You will gain exposure to exciting projects across various sectors, including:

1. Residential – New builds & conversions
2. Industrial
3. Commercial – Office refurbishments
4. Education
5. Local Authority
6. Healthcare

Ideally MRICS qualified with at least three years of post-qualification experience and a Degree in Quantity Surveying (or a RICS-accredited equivalent). You should be able to demonstrate pre- and post-contract experience through examples of projects you have worked on.
