Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based on a project near Barnsley. In this role you will implement best commercial practices to maintain and maximise the profitability and financial performance of medium to large projects.
This is a permanent staff position with NG Bailey, and we are open to considering both quantity surveyor or senior quantity surveyor level candidates. The project, which is due to start early summer and expected to run for approximately 18m, is refurbishment works to a live critical data centre, and also has the possibility of further work following completion.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include (SQS level):
What we're looking for:
Experience of responsibility for the commercial aspects of medium to large MEP/construction projects
English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
Relevant BSC/degree or equivalent, or willingness to work towards
