I'm working with a London-based construction consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to be involved in interesting projects and is confident managing client relationships, taking commercial responsibility and delivering projects from inception through to completion.
You'll be working across a diverse range of property and building projects, rather than being restricted to one sector or type of development.
Projects could include:
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, lead on cost management and provide commercially sound advice throughout the project lifecycle.
If you're looking for a role where you can broaden your project experience, work with a varied client base and continue progressing within consultancy, this is well worth exploring.
I'm keen to speak with Senior Quantity Surveyors who are ready for a fresh challenge, but equally those who aren't actively looking and would simply be interested in hearing what's out there.
