Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant administration experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Understanding of building regulations preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and monitor appointments and visits to ensure deadlines and timescales are met
• Liaise with the client and wider project team
• Ensure all relevant parties are informed of latest updates
• Daily contact via email and telephone
