Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is seeking a proactive Planner to handle planning, appointment management, client liaison, and administrative duties for assigned projects. You will ensure Total Mobile is up to date and data is accurate for reporting.

Daily responsibilities include logging new jobs, coordinating validation and post-inspection surveys with residents and Site Managers, and responding to client queries. Strong Microsoft Office skills and customer-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within a similar role in a fast-moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service.
• Experience of working within a customer facing environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook; Excel and Word).
• Able to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues.

Responsibilities

• Log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
• Logistics: validate and post-inspection surveys with residents and site teams.
• Allocate relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection surveys.
• Respond to Client queries regarding access to properties.
• Generate letters to Residents at various points of the job workflow.
• Monitor shared inbox to ensure timely emails requiring action.
• Provide Admin support to the Disrepairs Team.
• Raise purchase orders as instructed.
• Attend Client meetings as requested.

Job Description

As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.

To be responsible for all Planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for their assigned Project. Ensuring Total Mobile is always up to date and all data inputted is accurate to enable accurate reporting.

• To log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
• Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.
• Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection surveys.
• Responding to Client queries regarding access to properties.
• Generate letters to Residents at various points of the job workflow.
• Monitor shared inbox if applicable to ensure targeted levels on emails requiring action are met.
• Provide Admin support to the Disrepairs Team,
• Raise purchase orders as instructed.
• Attend Client meetings as requested.
