Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK seeks an experienced professional to lead performance reporting for infrastructure projects. You will drive the implementation of reporting processes, develop plans, and lead teams across project controls to deliver consistent, value-added information for clients and senior stakeholders. The role requires strong data-analysis skills and experience with Power BI/Tableau/QlikView, plus a project controls qualification and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting on infrastructure projects (engineering/defence/utilities/energy).
• Experience configuring and setting up project reporting systems.
• Project controls qualification (PMQ/Project Planning & Controls/EVM/Risk Management).
• Experience using data analysis tools (Power BI/Tableau/QlikView).
• Experience in leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation and continuous improvement in performance reporting and interfacing project controls.
• Develop performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements and best practices.
• Lead the rollout of changes to reporting processes and promote their benefits.
• Define KPI dictionaries and performance measures; lead delivery of actionable information.
• Lead teams of project controls/reporting professionals to deliver value-added information.
• Present performance recovery recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Train and coach clients and junior team members on reporting practices.
• Undertake line management, career development and performance management.
