Rise Technical Recruitment in Redditch, Worcestershire, is seeking a Project Order Coordinator to take ownership of customer project orders from handover to delivery. The role is hybrid and offers a structured career path within a global engineering manufacturer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project orders from handover through to delivery.

Are you experienced in order processing, customer service, logistics or project administration and looking for a role with a global engineering manufacturer?

This is a great opportunity to join an established and growing team, taking ownership of customer project orders from initial handover through to final delivery.

You’ll act as a key point of contact between customers, sales, factory, logistics and internal project teams, making sure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

The role offers genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop within a large engineering organisation, with exposure to commercial operations, logistics, project coordination and the wider sales function.

The Role

• Manage customer project orders from handover through to delivery
• Coordinate with customers, sales, factory and logistics teams
• Process and maintain orders accurately using ERP systems
• Track shipments, delivery dates and order progress
• Resolve issues and keep customers and internal teams updated
• Manage order documentation and ensure accurate information throughout

The Person
