Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, customer service, logistics or project administration.
• Good IT/ERP system experience, ideally SAP or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Confident communicating with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project orders from handover through to delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, factory and logistics teams.
• Process and maintain orders accurately using ERP systems.
• Track shipments, delivery dates and order progress.
• Resolve issues and keep customers and internal teams updated.
• Manage order documentation and ensure accurate information throughout.
• Support urgent shipments and logistics requirements.
