Job summary

Nelson and Colne College is advertising a Project Officer to coordinate and deliver administrative and logistical support for the Click Skills for Life project across Lancashire Adult Learning locations. The role is based at Lancashire Adult Learning with travel to delivery sites as required.

You will work within the Click project team, supporting learner engagement, records, and delivery planning, ensuring timely progress against contract requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide project, administrative and logistical support to the Click project.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, delivery partners, referral organisations and other stakeholders.
• Act as a first point of contact for Click enquiries, providing clear information and guidance.
• Support learner engagement, referral, onboarding and progression activity.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements, including venues, resources, communications and learner-facing activity.
• Maintain accurate, timely and complete participant, partner and project records.
• Update and monitor local management information and contribute to data checks and reports.
• Monitor agreed actions, milestones and deadlines, escalating emerging risks, gaps or delays.
• Provide general business support, including arranging meetings, completing purchase orders, booking venues and maintaining project documentation.
