Job summary

Nelson & Colne College is seeking a Project Coordinator to support mobilisation and delivery of the Click Skills for Life programme across East Lancashire. The role involves coordinating outreach activities, working with partners, and ensuring delivery meets contractual requirements.

You will manage plans, monitor KPIs, supervise project staff and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to DBS checks and safeguarding guidelines. The post is fixed-term until 31 October 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating community-focused projects and programmes.
• Ability to work with partners to deliver contractual requirements.
• Track record of producing progress reports and managing plans.

Responsibilities

• Support mobilisation and development of the Click Skills for Life programme.
• Coordinate outreach activities and delivery in trusted venues.
• Develop referral pathways with libraries, authorities, and others.
• Maintain project plans, logs and risk registers; escalate issues.
• Monitor KPIs and provide accurate progress reports.
• Coordinate quality assurance, learner feedback and improvement activity.
• Track resources, venue use and expenditure within budget.
• Line manage and support project officers and staff.
