Zusammenfassung

Clancy seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead leakage reduction, network improvements, meter installations and clean water infrastructure projects across the region in partnership with Southern Water.

You will manage multiple programmes, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget, while building strong relationships with clients, supply chain and stakeholders.

Experience in water utilities, SMSTS/APM/PRINCE2, NRSWA accreditation and a full UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering construction, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong planning, budgeting and problem-solving skills with a focus on health, safety and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Deliver end-to-end leakage and network improvement projects.
• Lead programmes of meter & PRV installation, mains renewals and clean water works.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in compliance with standards.
• Manage project performance, risks, opportunities and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with operational teams, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with Southern Water and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and implement solutions to challenges.
• Report on programme performance, financials and delivery metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.
