Clancy is seeking an Area Manager to organise, support, and manage operational teams delivering watermain installation projects. You will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification, while meeting budget targets and customer expectations.

You will lead by example, promote a culture of safety and accountability, and develop your team and subcontractors to be competent and compliant across Thames Water region works.

Qualifications

• Experience in water industry required, ideally watermain installation.
• UK driving licence is essential for travelling to sites.
• NRSWA accreditation required; EUSR or SHEA Water or NCO beneficial.
• IOSH or SMSTS certification advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of watermain installation projects, safely and on time.
• Manage resources, labour and plant to meet programme and budget targets.
• Oversee Health & Safety and CDM compliance on site with regular inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to resolve issues.
