Job summary

The Clancy Group in Horsham is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead leakage reduction, water network improvements and clean water infrastructure projects across the region. You will manage multi-programme delivery, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget control while coordinating with Southern Water, clients and supply chain partners.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting and risk management skills, with SMSTS/APM/PRINCE2 and NRSWA credentials preferred, plus a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering construction, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of leakage and network improvement projects.
• Coordinate meter installations, PRV work and mains renewals.
• Develop programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Manage risks, costs and stakeholder relationships.
