Job summary

South Lakes Housing is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Warm Homes programme, delivering improvements across a broad portfolio of homes. The role is a 18-month fixed-term contract, full-time with 37 hours per week, offering hybrid working.

The successful candidate will manage projects, build strong relationships, and keep delivery moving while coordinating across teams to meet milestones and outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, property, retrofit, energy or another project led environment could be a great fit.
• You don’t need to come from social housing.
• Right to work in the UK required.

37 hours per week (18 month Fixed term, Full time)

With a great salary of up to £43,609 (dependent on experience)

Plus a benefits package worth up to £5,000 per year.*

We’re looking for someone who can lead projects, build strong relationships and keep delivery moving across a major programme of investment in our homes.

You don’t need to come from social housing. Experience in construction, property, retrofit, energy or another project led environment could be a great fit.
