Job summary

South Lakes Housing is seeking a Project Support Assistant (Warm Homes) to help coordinate our sustainability initiatives. This full-time role is based in Kendal and offers a fixed-term 18-month contract with a salary of up to £26,905 per year.

The successful candidate will be organized, good with people and capable of keeping projects moving. Previous housing experience is not required; transferable skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• 37 hours per week on a fixed-term, full-time contract.
• No housing experience required; transferable skills welcomed for project, property and housing work.
• Experience supporting sustainability or warmth improvement programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of South Lakes Housing's Warm Homes programme.
• Assist in managing the sustainability project portfolio and milestones.
• Coordinate with teams to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

Up to £26,905 per annum

We’re looking for a Project Assistant to join South Lakes Housing to support the delivery of our Warm Homes programme.

We’re looking for someone organised, good with people and great at keeping things moving.

You don’t need previous housing experience. If you have strong transferable skills and want to develop your experience in projects, property and housing, we’d love to hear from you.
