Job summary

South Lakes Housing is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Warm Homes programme, delivering improvements across a broad portfolio of homes. The role is a 18-month fixed-term contract, full-time with 37 hours per week, offering hybrid working.

The successful candidate will manage projects, build strong relationships, and keep delivery moving while coordinating across teams to meet milestones and outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, property, retrofit, energy or another project led environment could be a great fit.
• You don’t need to come from social housing.
• Right to work in the UK required.

• Lead projects and build strong relationships to keep delivery moving across the Warm Homes programme.
• Coordinate across teams to manage the major investment in our homes.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project milestones.
