Wates is recruiting for a Project Manager to plan and deliver planned maintenance programmes across social housing properties in the North West, with ownership of a major Carlisle project. You will lead the delivery team to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to high standards.
You will manage retrofit works, coordinate resources and subcontractors, and maintain excellent communication with clients and residents, while supporting other regional projects as required.
