Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager for underfloor heating systems. The role covers North West & North Wales (Carlisle to Stoke), with Manchester/Liverpool as preferred bases.

You will develop specifications and sell to M&E contractors, consultants, architects, housebuilders and developers. Ideal candidates have field sales experience in plumbing & heating or HVAC with strong contractor contacts.

Qualifikationen

• Field sales experience in plumbing & heating or HVAC.
• Experience selling to M&E contractors/consultants/architects.
• Contacts within M&E contractors, architects, housebuilders and developers.

Aufgaben

• Generate specification and sell underfloor heating systems to M&E contractors, consultants, architects, housebuilders and developers.
• Allocate time to field sales and manage relationships with key accounts.
• Target commercial projects with values potentially upwards of £250k.
• Collaborate with internal team and line manager to achieve growth targets.
• Maintain a strong presence across the North West & North Wales region.
