Role Overview

Join us as a Project Manager for Supply Chain Performance, utilizing DBS tools to enhance Quality, Delivery, and Cost, while fostering sustainable innovation. This is an onsite position based in the UK, collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Quality, Delivery, and Cost, using DBS tools and effective change management practices.
2. Develop and manage a kaizen event funnel aligned with organizational priorities.
3. Oversee end-to-end process improvements from idea generation to sustained results, ensuring adherence to kaizen methodologies.
4. Collaborate with Business Operations, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams to implement holistic process improvements.
5. Apply DBS tools like Value Stream Mapping, TPI, PSP, and 3P to drive measurable supply chain improvements.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations or DBS-related roles with a proven track record of process improvements.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; PSP certification is a plus.
• Leadership ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams through continuous improvement initiatives.
