Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting a Permanent Project Manager in Central London, England. You will oversee high-profile structural steel and architectural metalwork projects, managing 2–3 sites simultaneously from initiation through to completion.

Start Date: Immediate. Salary: £65,000-£85,000 per annum. This is a permanent role located in Central London with monthly salary payments and travel expenses considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management.
• Experience in the fit-out or staircase/structural steel industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage 2-3 sites at once.
• Develop and maintain project programmes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members.
