Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking a Permanent Project Manager to lead structural and architectural metalwork and steelwork projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, production teams, and site crews to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Start ASAP.

Salary £75,000–£80,000 per annum. Working hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with parking provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within structural steelwork or architectural metalwork.
• Confident managing client relationships and site teams.
• Full UK driving licence (site visits carried out in a client-provided van).

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Liaising with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Overseeing site safety and ensuring compliance.
• Managing quality on site.
• Working closely with the production team and a second Project Manager.
• Acting as main/lead Project Manager across the majority of projects.
• Managing 3-4 operatives/sites.
