Cornerstone Project Source Ltd, on behalf of a leading structural steel and architectural metalwork specialist, seeks a Permanent Project Manager in Central London. You will oversee high-profile projects, managing 2-3 sites from initiation to completion, with immediate start.

This role focuses on delivering on time and within budget, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, maintaining programmes, managing documentation, and mentoring junior team members.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage 2-3 sites at once
• Develop and maintain project programmes
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports
• Mentor and guide junior project team members

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Minimum Requirements:
