Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager to lead structural and architectural metalwork and steelwork schemes from inception to completion. You will act as main/lead PM across multiple projects, coordinating with production and site teams while maintaining client relationships.

The role is office-based with site visits as required, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Immediate start, £75,000–£80,000 per annum, with parking available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within structural steelwork or architectural metalwork.
• Confident managing client relationships and site teams.
• Full UK driving licence (site visits carried out in a client-provided van).

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Liaising with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Overseeing site safety and ensuring compliance.
• Managing quality on site.
• Working closely with the production team and a second Project Manager.
• Acting as main/lead Project Manager across the most projects.
• Managing 3-4 operatives/sites.
