Job summary

CPR Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager/Site Manager for a Groundworks and Civils client based in Greenwich. The role focuses on overseeing site programmes, coordinating trades, and ensuring work aligns with design and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates and bring commercial or industrial site experience to drive projects safely and on schedule, while liaising with architects to resolve site design issues.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates are required.
• Experience on commercial construction projects is essential.
• Experience on industrial construction projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis.
• Coordinate and book all required trades.
• Ensure trades perform to programme and high standards.
• Order materials, fixtures and fittings as needed.
• Liaise with architects on site design issues and manage buyer design changes.

Our client is a Groundworks and Civils Client and they are looking for a Project Manager/ Site Manager to join their team out of their head office in Greenwich

Project Manager will be expected to:

• Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis
• Coordinate/ book all trades
• Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
• Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
• Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving
• Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
