Streamline Search Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager for civil engineering projects in the United Kingdom. You will oversee on-site delivery, coordinate civil teams and subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely, to programme and to client specifications.

The role requires proven site management experience, SMSTS, CSCS Managers card and strong leadership, with a focus on health and safety, RAMS and quality control across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction or civil engineering.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Valid CSCS Managers and Professionals Card.
• First Aid qualification.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, site management and health and safety requirements.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and construction activities.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical information.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of RAMS, temporary works and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 depending on experience

Our client is a well-established construction business delivering civil engineering and construction projects.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to join their Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects on site, coordinating teams and subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and in line with client requirements.

Site Manager - Key Responsibilities
