Our infrastructure team in the South West region specializes in Transport and Utilities, with significant growth over recent years and a variety of development opportunities. We seek Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to help deliver high-profile projects in client PM and NEC ECC PM roles.

We seek passionate individuals with a positive outlook, developmental ambitions, and a solid technical foundation.

Job Objectives

• Managing and administering NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts
• Leading and developing project teams or work streams within larger projects
• Ensuring high-quality delivery on client assignments
• Building long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
• Developing solutions, supporting tools, and methods
• Collaborating with service line teams, account teams, and specialists
• Communicating effectively to ensure collaborative and quality delivery

Desired Experience

• Experience working with UK Government and Local Authority organizations, especially Flood Risk Asset Management Authorities, Environment Agency, or Water Companies
• Managing small to medium-sized teams alongside other organizations
• Experience in project and programme management from strategic planning to delivery in infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects safely and responsibly
• Analytical and numerical skills for problem-solving
• Capability to produce high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
• High motivation, commitment, and leadership under pressure
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with procurement and NEC contracts is advantageous
• Experience managing contractors and consultants in civil engineering
• Knowledge of lessons learned, knowledge capture, and CDM Regulations
• Experience in Engineering/Asset Management
• Driving license preferred

Qualifications:

• Project management certification (APM or PRINCE2)
• Degree or HND in engineering or construction
• Professional qualification with ICE, CIWEM, APM, or similar (advantageous)
• NEC3 or NEC4 PM Accreditation
• CITB Site Management Safety Training Course (desirable)
• Full UK Driving License
