Job Description

Our infrastructure team in the South West region has a strong presence in Transport and Utilities, with significant growth over recent years. We offer opportunities to develop experience across various projects and programmes. We are seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to help deliver high-profile projects, including Client PM roles and NEC ECC PM roles.

We look for passionate individuals with a positive outlook, a desire for development, and a solid foundation of technical knowledge and experience.

Job Objectives

• Managing and administrating NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts
• Leading and developing project teams or work streams within larger projects
• Ensuring high-quality delivery on client assignments
• Building long-term trusted relationships with clients
• Developing solutions, tools, and methods
• Collaborating with service line teams, account teams, and specialists
• Communicating effectively to ensure collaborative and quality delivery

Desired Experience

• Experience working with UK Government and Local Authority organizations, especially Flood Risk Asset Management Authorities, Environment Agency, or Water Companies
• Managing small to medium-sized teams collaboratively with other organizations
• Experience in project and programme management from strategic planning to delivery in infrastructure sectors
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders
• Delivering projects in complex, safety-conscious environments
• Analytical, numerical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to produce high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
• Drive, commitment, and motivational skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication, including senior meetings
• Experience managing NEC contracts and contractors (advantageous)
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and Engineering/Asset Management
• Driving license preferred

• NEC3 or NEC4 PM Accreditation
• CITB Site Management Safety Training (desirable)
• Full UK Driving License
