Role: Senior Project Manager

You will play a pivotal role in the studio, managing our clients and project logistics from initial briefing to installation. You will be an integral part of the Projects Team, working closely with the New Business Team, Creative Director, and CEO.

Main Responsibilities

1. Act as the main point of contact for clients from conception through to after-sales care.
2. Deliver projects within the agreed budget and deadlines.
3. Create costing documents for clients, including estimates, quotes, and finalized fee agreements.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a range of budgets.
5. Work closely with suppliers to negotiate and agree on prices.
6. Continuously update the Managing Director and Projects Director on all budget-related issues.
7. Keep the project team updated on key deliverables and progress.
8. Coordinate with the Projects Director to allocate design time to the team.
9. Collaborate with Creative team members to advise on project execution in terms of materiality and techniques.
10. Source materials, products, and props for projects.
11. Coordinate site visits and communicate information to the internal team.
12. Oversee on-site installations.
13. Act as the main communication point for clients, suppliers, and collaborators.

Required Skills

• Education in the design field.
• Proven experience delivering projects in the design industry across various scales and disciplines.
• Experience handling accounts and direct client dealings.
• Prior project management experience is preferred.
• Experience managing large production budgets up to £500,000.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for quality and excellence.
• A desire to improve the studio’s output continuously.
• Good knowledge of InDesign.
• Working knowledge of CAD software.
