They have delivered some of the most iconic fit-out projects in London and have an impressive pipeline of work within the private sector with clients ranging from Blue Chip companies to Financial and Professional Services. They are looking for experienced Fit-Out Project Managers to oversee and deliver high-quality interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Candidates should have a proven track record in managing commercial CAT B fit-out projects, focusing on stakeholder management, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing project teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring all works align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Applicants should have CAT A/B Project Management experience within the Commercial Real Estate market, preferably from a consultancy project management firm. Skills in cost advising and working knowledge of MEP systems are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with client representatives are required, as this is a client-facing role.
