As a Senior / Project Manager in the Water sector, you'll play a central role in making diverse projects a reality in the Thames Valley area. You'll lead your team, with support to develop further. Your Purpose:

• Provide high-quality project and programme management across the project lifecycle.
• Advise clients on project costs, programmes, risks, and issues.
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
• Maintain communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement effective communication tools.
• Develop delivery plans, involve others, and meet objectives.
• Challenge the status quo and perform well in changing environments.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS, or similar.

• Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and client service delivery.
