Lime is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our Street Operations team, focusing on labor pricing and efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Street Operations, you will lead global initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities include refining safety and quality strategies, optimizing battery swaps in urban areas through sustainable vehicles, and collaborating with product and hardware teams to enhance city charging infrastructure.

The goal is to enable local operators to keep vehicles on the streets without returning them to warehouses. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills. We seek someone passionate about growth and innovation, with a proven track record of managing high-performing, inclusive teams internationally. This role is remote-first, preferably within 120 minutes of a Lime Warehouse.

What you'll do:

1. Build, lead, and coach a team focused on Street Operations.
2. Lead global initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our Logistical Providers.
3. Develop and implement strategies impacting our global operating model.
4. Collaborate with Product Teams and Local Operations to create scalable processes and products.
5. Analyze and optimize task logistics for our vehicles.
6. Assist Logistical Providers in improving efficiency and business performance.
7. Establish frameworks for effective operational pricing strategies.

About you:

• Proven experience in building and retaining high-performing teams, ideally in fast-paced environments like startups, with at least 3 years in people management roles.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in global, cross-functional roles and on-site operational management is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience scaling operations across various geographies, especially in central functions or cross-functional teams.
• Consulting, S&P, or similar project-driven work experience.
• Experience leading teams across multiple cultures and geographies.
• Logistics or manual work-heavy industry optimization experience.
