Job summary

Rullion Ltd. in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver complex, security-focused projects within regulated environments. This 18-month contract role offers hybrid working with around 60% site presence at Aldermaston/Reading.

You will take ownership, drive delivery across schedule, cost, quality, risk and security, and work with multi-disciplinary teams and supply chains to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects from planning through to completion.
• NEC contract management experience.
• Experience in construction phase, ideally with CSCS card.
• Background in security industry, e.g. hostile vehicle mitigation.
• Experience working in large or complex organisations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, to cost and quality.
• Lead project planning and coordinate resources across people, budget and delivery activities.
• Establish and maintain project baselines, monitoring performance and initiating change where required.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors and the wider supply chain.
• Drive project delivery while managing complexity, cost, schedule and risk.
• Support delivery through construction and commissioning activities where required.
• Engage extensively with the supply chain to ensure effective project delivery.
• Operate with a strong security mindset within a complex organisational environment.
