Job summary

Construction is seeking a proactive Project Manager in Hertfordshire to lead retail fit-out and property projects from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients and a close-knit team to take on greater project responsibility within a supportive consultancy environment.

Ideal candidates will have UK construction consultancy experience, a relevant degree, and progress towards professional body accreditation (RICS/APM/CIOB).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in a UK construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering retail fit-out, refurbishment or commercial property projects.
• Construction-related degree or equivalent.
• Progress towards or membership of RICS/APM/CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full development lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Prepare programmes and coordinate design teams.
• Manage contractors and chair project meetings.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and provide clear updates to clients.
