Job summary

MTRP Ltd in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in residential construction to lead major new build developments.

Join an established Tier 1 main contractor delivering RC frame developments, affordable housing and townhouses with values up to £50m. You will oversee site teams, coordinate activities and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects as a Project Manager in a main contractor environment.
• Strong background delivering residential construction schemes.
• Experience with RC frame developments, affordable housing or townhouses.
• Comfortable managing larger projects and multiple subcontract packages.
• Good understanding of construction programmes and project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills.

We're recruiting for an established Tier 1 main contractor looking to strengthen its residential delivery team in Yorkshire.
