Job summary

MTR Partnership is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential delivery in Yorkshire. You will oversee RC frame developments and manage site teams, subcontractors and project milestones on large-scale schemes with values up to £50m.

The role requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to coordinate across commercial, design and planning teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
• Strong background delivering residential construction projects
• Experience with RC frame developments, affordable housing or townhouses
• Comfortable managing larger projects and multiple subcontract packages
• Good understanding of construction programmes and project delivery
• Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in residential construction, looking to take responsibility for major new build developments?

We're recruiting for an established Tier 1 main contractor looking to strengthen its residential delivery team in Yorkshire.

The business delivers a range of residential projects, including RC frame developments, affordable housing and townhouses, with values reaching circa £50m.

They're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering residential schemes within a main contractor environment.

The Role;
