Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for high-end residential developments along the Wiltshire to Bristol corridor. The role is office/site-based, focusing on delivering premium homes on time, within budget and to exacting quality standards.

You will oversee projects from inception to handover, manage programmes, costs, subcontractors and consultants, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Identify and resolve project issues to minimise delays and disruption.
• Oversee inspections, snagging and handover to ensure a high-quality finished product.

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + Package

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing high-end residential projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• A strong background in high-end residential construction.
• Experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to manage subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders effectively.
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
• Good commercial awareness and programme management skills.
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to sites along the M4 corridor between Wiltshire and Bristol.
