We have an exciting opportunity with a sector-leading financial services client! They are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Deliver technology infrastructure supporting the real estate portfolio, including new buildings, refurbishments, expansions, consolidations, and exits.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery and handover to BAU support.
• Collaborate with Technology, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to meet programme deadlines.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including executives.
• Maintain the CTO Programme Schedule, monitor dependencies, and escalate issues.
• Identify, capture, and manage risks and issues.
• Manage projects within budget and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Follow Change Delivery Framework and complete governance documentation.
• Keep stakeholders and boards informed, escalating issues as needed.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven IT Infrastructure Project Manager experienced with Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
• Knowledge of RIBA design and construction processes and integrating technology into them.
• Experience managing 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including Wayleave processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Financial literacy for analyzing data and making recommendations.
• Experience managing projects within structured governance frameworks in regulated industries.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and teams.
