We have an exciting opportunity with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure supporting changes across the client’s real estate portfolio, including new buildings, refurbishments, expansions, consolidations, and exits, along with technology upgrades such as Protective Security.
• Own end-to-end project delivery and handover into BAU support.
• Collaborate with Technology, Real Estate Services, and 3rd Party providers to meet programme deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives.
• Maintain the CTO Programme Schedule, monitor dependencies, and escalate issues.
• Identify and manage risks and issues with action plans.
• Manage projects within budget, with accurate monthly forecasting.
• Follow Change Delivery Framework and complete governance documentation.
• Keep stakeholders and boards informed, escalating issues timely.

Required Skills/Experience

• Experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a background in Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
• Knowledge of RIBA design and construction processes, integrating Technology deliverables.
• Experience managing 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery and Wayleave processes.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile frameworks for Infrastructure projects.
• Financially literate, capable of analyzing financial data and providing insights.
• Experience managing projects within structured governance frameworks in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to articulate complex issues to senior stakeholders and teams.
