A leading financial services client is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a six-month contract based in Sheffield, with three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of technology infrastructure projects including refurbishments and expansions, ensuring compliance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Location: Sheffield - 3 times per week in the office
Salary/Rate: Up to £400 per day INSIDE IR35

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.
The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the client’s real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits; with support of technology upgrades to systems such as Protective Security.
Responsibilities include end-to-end accountability for project delivery and handover into BAU support, working closely with Technology, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to meet programme deadlines, building strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining the CTO Programme Schedule, managing risks and issues, controlling budgets, and ensuring governance compliance.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager, delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects, with understanding of RIBA design and construction processes, management of 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, and proficiency in Waterfall and Agile frameworks. Financial literacy, structured governance management, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
