We have an exciting opportunity with a sector-leading financial services client! They are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Deliver technology infrastructure supporting real estate portfolio changes, including new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits.
• Support technology upgrades to estate systems, such as Protective Security.
• Own end-to-end project delivery and handover into BAU support.
• Collaborate with Technology, Real Estate Services, and 3rd Party providers to meet programme deadlines.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including executives.
• Maintain the CTO Programme Schedule, monitor dependencies, and escalate issues.
• Manage risks and issues with action plans.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and forecast accurately.
• Follow Change Delivery Framework and complete governance documentation.
• Keep stakeholders and boards informed, escalating issues timely.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven IT Infrastructure Project Manager with experience in Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
• Knowledge of RIBA design and construction processes.
• Experience managing 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including Wayleave processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Financial literacy for analyzing data and making recommendations.
• Experience managing projects within structured governance frameworks in regulated industries.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and teams.
