We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the client’s real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits, along with technology upgrades to estate-supporting systems such as Protective Security.

Responsibilities include end-to-end accountability for project delivery and handover into BAU support, working closely with Technology, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to meet programme deadlines, building stakeholder relationships, maintaining the CTO Programme Schedule, managing risks and issues, ensuring budget adherence, compliance with governance, and keeping stakeholders informed.

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience as a confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager, delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects, understanding of RIBA design and construction processes, management of third-party Telco Circuit delivery, ability to coordinate multiple projects, experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks, financial literacy, governance management, and strong communication skills.
