SSE PLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from design to handover, covering new builds, refurbishments and maintenance across Scotland.
You will manage procurement, cost planning, NEC 3 contracts, and governance, working with internal teams and external contractors to deliver on time, within budget and in compliance with CDM and health and safety standards.
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations - Glasgow, Euro central (Glasgow) or Perth
Salary: £51600- £70000 + car /car allowance - if applicable + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Project Manager is responsible for construction project management activity, including project procurement, preparation of cost plans and cost analysis/management, contractual management using NEC 3, project execution and delivery.
